Serveer ze bij voorkeur met een saus van boter en salie. ( 7 blaadjes salie door 75 gram gesmolten boter roeren en over de pasta gieten) De salie is in onze tuin nog niet groot genoeg om er iets van te plukken dus heb ik maar tomaten- saus gemaakt; 1 eetlepel olijfolie, 2 chilipepertjes, 4 rijpe tomaten, een flinke kneep uit de tube doppio tomatenpuree, 1 fijngehakte teen knoflook, beetje bouillon, peper, zout. De knoflook met de pepertjes even uitzweten in de olie. Dan de tomaat in fijne blokjes erbij en even goed doorstoven. Voeg nu beetje bij beetje bouillon en tomatenpuree bij tot je een mooie volle saus hebt. Op smaak brengen met peper en zout. De saus op de borden draperen en de ravioli erop schikken.
