De pesto, ui en peper toevoegen en omscheppen tot je een mooie massa hebt. Opdienen op grof boerenbrood dik besmeerd met roomboter. Stokbrood of Fries roggenbrood is ook lekker.<\/p>\n<p>Een ander snel te maken hapje is haringsalade. 4 nieuwe haringen (zoute), 1 klein potje cr\u00e9me fraiche, 1 takje dille, 1 klein appeltje (cox oranje of goudreinet).<\/p>\n<p>De haringen ontgraten en heel fijn snijden. Het appeltje schillen en ook heel fijn snijden. Alle ingredi\u00ebnten mengen en even koel wegzetten.
