Als groentegerecht maakte ik paksoy in de wok.<br \/>\nvoor 4 personen;<br \/>\n1 eetlepel olie<br \/>\n2 teentjes knoflook ni fijne plakjes gesneden<br \/>\n750 gram paksoy in stukjes van ongeveer 2 cm gesneden<br \/>\nwat bouillon<br \/>\neen rood pepertje in fijne reepjes<br \/>\nzout<\/p>\n<p>Laat de wok heet worden en giet er de olie in. Laat de olie zo heet worden dat hij begint te dampen en bak er dan de knoflook en stukjes peper in. Bak even snel om en om. Voeg dan de paksoy toe en roerbak 4 minuten.
