Ik<br \/>\nbeschreef al verschillende broccolisalades op dit weblog. Deze smaakte dankzij<br \/>\ntoevoeging van wat citroenrasp toch weer helemaal anders en dat moet ik dus toch<br \/>\neven opschrijven.<\/p>\n<p>500 gram broccoli<br \/>\n2 teentjes knoflook en een flinke bos platte peterselie,<br \/>\nheel fijngehakt<br \/>\nwat zout<br \/>\nde schil van een citroen, fijngeraspt<br \/>\n4<br \/>\neetlepels zeer goede olijfolie<\/p>\n<p>Blancheer de broccoli 3 minuten in kokend water en giet ze af. Laat ze<br \/>\nuitlekken. Laat de broccoli dan even &#8216;schrikken&#8217; in ijskoud water. Laat de<br \/>\ngroenten nogmaals goed uitlekken .<\/p>\n<p>Smoor de peterselie en knoflook even zachtjes aan in de olijfolie. Neem de<br \/>\npan van het vuur en rasp er de citroenschil over.<br \/>\nSchik de broccoli op een<br \/>\nmooie schaal en schep het mengsel over de broccoli.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a9 ellen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vanavond bij het varkenshaasje in Gorgonzolasaus een broccolisalade.
